White Hot Honey Pizza with Microgreens
This is what happens when pizza night gets a Bodhi Bear upgrade.
A blistered white pizza — fresh mozzarella, nothing else competing — comes out of a ripping-hot oven and gets the royal treatment: fresh figs, blackberries, a tumble of peppery microgreens, and then the double drizzle. Cayenne honey for the heat. Turmeric Chai honey for the glow. Sweet, spicy, fresh, and just a little bit fancy.
You'll need:
- 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought is completely fine)
- Olive oil
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, torn
- Fresh figs, halved, and a handful of blackberries
- A big handful of microgreens (we used a citrus blend)
- Bodhi Bear Cayenne Ashwagandha honey + Bodhi Bear Turmeric Chai honey, for drizzling
Make it:
1. Stretch the dough on a floured surface and brush lightly with olive oil.
2. Scatter over the torn mozzarella — restraint is a virtue here.
3. Bake as hot as your oven goes (500°F+) until blistered and golden, 8–10 minutes.
4. Top the hot pizza with figs, blackberries, and microgreens.
5. Drizzle generously with BOTH honeys. This is not the moment for timidity.
6. Slice, serve, and watch it disappear.
Meet your new obsession. (Told you.)
